Great company. Organised someone to help in the house on day we wanted. She is very meticulous and personable and we were given cover on a week when she couldn't make it. Highly recommend.

We have been using the team for a few weeks now. Robin is great with communication. He always replies and has been flexible when we have needed to switch the days we have the house cleaned. Reliability is key for us and the fact Robin has been able to send someone during school holidays or when we've moved things around is brilliant. The cleaner we've settled on is Nawal and she is very professional and does a great job. We would definitely recommend House Heaven.

Have been really impressed with Robin and his team of cleaners. Tanvir has become part of the cleaning team in our school and has been praised for his work ethic and can do attitude. I highly recommend the service and the team.

Great company - reasonable rates including weekends. Robin's been very easy to contact and replies promptly to any queries. The cleaner arrives on time and does a good job. Robin ensured replacement was provided when the cleaner was off. I haven't had any issues - been using the service for more than 3 months and will continue for the foreseeable future 🙂 Only improvement I would like to suggest is that attention to detail could be provided e.g. tackling limescale etc. however, I only need to tell the cleaner once and she's amazing at remembering for next time
